Refund Policy

We do NOT provide refunds for:

• Tickets to live or online training sessions,

• Participation in events, workshops, or speaking engagements.

 

Refunds for digital products (books, online courses, recordings) are not available once access has been granted.

 

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us via email before the start of the event.

 

If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
