Public Offer Agreement
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter — the “Agreement”) is a legally binding document between Iryna Hurska, NIP 6793271049, an entrepreneur registered in Poland (hereinafter — the “Provider”), and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the “Customer”) who purchases services or products through the Provider’s website.
1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is a public contract in accordance with European e-commerce regulations.
1.2. By placing an order and making payment, the Customer accepts this Agreement in full without reservations.
1.3. The Agreement is publicly available on the Provider’s website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider offers educational and consulting services and related products, including:
electronic books in PDF format;

printed books;

online and offline training courses;

individual and group consultations (online and offline);

participation in educational events and lectures in Ukraine and worldwide.
3. Conclusion of the Agreement
3.1. The Agreement is concluded at the moment of successful payment for the order on the website.
3.2. No additional written confirmation is required.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is carried out exclusively via the Provider’s website using the available payment methods.
4.2. The order is considered confirmed after full payment.
5. Delivery of Products and Services
5.1. Digital products (e.g., electronic books, online courses, materials) are delivered electronically to the Customer’s email or personal account.
5.2. Services (consultations, training, lectures) are provided at the agreed time and in the agreed format.
5.3. Printed books and other physical goods are shipped according to delivery terms specified by the Provider.
6. Customer Rights and Obligations
6.1. The Customer has the right to receive services and products of proper quality.
6.2. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate information required for order fulfillment and to comply with this Agreement.
7. Provider Rights and Obligations
7.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver the ordered services and products on time and of proper quality.
7.2. The Provider has the right to suspend services if the Customer violates the terms of this Agreement.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1. Refunds for digital products are not provided after delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
8.2. Refunds for physical products and paid services are carried out in accordance with consumer protection regulations of Poland and EU law.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All materials, books, and course content are protected by copyright.
9.2. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.
9.3. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use without the Provider’s consent is prohibited.
10. Liability
10.1. The Provider is not responsible for technical interruptions or delays caused by third parties.
10.2. The Provider is not liable for the Customer’s incorrect or incomplete data.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. The Parties are released from liability for partial or full non-performance of obligations caused by force majeure (war, natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland.
12.2. Disputes shall be settled by negotiation, and if unresolved, by the competent courts of Poland.
